How it works
- First, we will have a phone call to get an idea of what the exact problem is that we will be helping you with, so we know what tools to bring. Book a consulting call to get started!
- Second, we will schedule the days and times that work best for you to meet with us on site, and book the flights and travel details.
- Third, we will walk the site with you the first day, evaluation the situation, make minor repairs if possible. We will confirm the amount of time estimated to implement the system repairs or configurations. If any of the work needs to be done while your staff are not logged in, we will work after hours that night. The second day we will implement the repairs that need to be done, and test the results. Most standard projects can be completed in two days with two people working on the assignment.
- If additional days are needed, those will be discussed as required.
